Today was the first day I had a chance to check out the new Jeep in the daylight. This also meant that I could get out there and take some proper pictures to share. From these pictures, you’ll finally be able to see that it is not black, but rather is “Dark Khaki,” a deep olive green. I also have some interior and underneath shots for you.

Yes, it’s true, we bought a new Jeep – a 2006 Jeep Liberty Renegade. It is also true that I, being a Cherokee lover, have said that I’m not that fond of the Liberty. But they’ve grown on me. Like Jeeps past, this one had to earn it’s name, and it did. It’s being won over by Jeep enthusiasts as being a “real Jeep.” When I noticed the newly redesigned nose for the 2005 Renegade model, I was instantly enamoured. They gave the liberty “Classic Jeep Styling” with a tall grille and flat hood.
